I know of one tenant that simply called to ask for security latches on her windows and was yelled at by management. Paradise Lakes Apartments may as well not even have maintenance staff. It takes them four months and even longer to fix anything. Then the only way to get anything fixed is when you threaten to take them to court.

Unit Condition:
The condition of the apartments are pure hell at Paradise Lakes Apartments. From the outside they look great. One tenant I know told me that when they moved in the apartment wasn't even finished. After driving all the way from Tennessee they found ladders, paint buckets, electrical wires hanging loose from the walls and ceilings when they first arrived at their new apartment don't even consider Paradise Lakes Apartments
