When you take a look at Paradise Lakes Apartments They Look beautiful at first. Looks can be decieving.The lakes are Green with Slime and attract hoards of Mosquitoes. The complex is constantly under construction and has been for about two years. What they don’t tell you at the leasing office is why it’s under construction. Paradise Lakes Apartments is infested with Black Mold. The Management company doesn’t really care and there attitude is make it look good on the outside so we can attract a lot of new tenants. I guess it is because they have such a high turn over rate with people moving out in the middle of the night like thieves in the dark.

Paradise Lakes Apartments is contaminated with Black Mold. I didn’t notice when I filled out the lease agreement that there was a clause in the lease concerning black mold, Well just a few months into my stay here at Paradise Lakes Apartments. I discovered that my Bathroom was infested with Black Mold underneath the vanity. I immediately called maintenance and they temporarily move me into another unit with my two young children. It took them two weeks to fix it which is probably not unreasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Paradise Lakes Apartments is normally terrible about fixing any problems weather or not it is a health and safety issue. I was quite alarmed about the mold because both my children have asthma. It was then I notice the Black Mold Clause in my lease witch states that because of the Black Mold problem at Paradise Lakes Apartments tenants should notify management of all water leaks immediately. I have had a leak under my dish washer for over 5 months and they still haven’t fixed it.

They Might as well not even have Maintenance at Paradise Lakes Apartments. Since I have moved in it has been one problem after another that never gets fixed. The first night I moved in with my two small children after driving all the way from Tennessee. I came to find my Apartment in disrepair. There where Ladders in my Living Room, Carpet Knives laying on the floor, Open Paint Buckets laying on The floor, exposed electrical Sockets and expose wiring hanging out of the walls and ceilings. I immediately got on the phone with Paradise Lakes Apartments management and they told me I would have to wait a day or two for them to get to it. I raised hell and they got someone out to clean it up and got it fixed the next day. Since then My washing Machine, Dryer Dishwasher, Ceiling Fans Air conditioning and Garbage disposal not to mention the Mold Outbreak all broke. I waited month after month for them to fix stuff and they kept putting me off. Finally after the mold outbreak in my bathroom when they had to move me to another unit temporarily. I was out shopping one day when I received a call from management stating that my apartment was ready and I needed to move back in that day by 1:00pm. It was 10:30 when I received the call and I told them that I was out and that it was not convenient for me that they would have to waite till the next day. Afterwards I went to check out my apartment. It was not done as Paradise Lakes Apartments stated! There where no bathroom sinks or vanity, The mirror from my vanity was taped to the wall in my hallway with masking tape, and there was garbage all over my back yard. I almost forgot to mention my bathroom door was broken by the men performing the work and one of the workers had spit sun flower seeds all over my floor. I was pissed! I called management that I would not go back into my apartment until it was fixed and that if I had to leave the other apartment that I would go stay at a hotel of my choice at their expense. I then served them a 5 day notice to make all repairs necessary. They let me continue to stay at the other apartment until the major repairs where done. Although they made most of the repairs they still neglected to fix the dishwasher and garbage disposal so I guess the next step will be to lawfully terminate my lease at Paradise Lakes Apartments.

The management at Paradise Lakes Apartments is worthless. The complex may as well be run by Captain Kangaroo and his little puppet friends. They truly have know clue how to manage there underwear drawer much less an apartment complex the size of Paradise Lakes Apartments. After all of the Maintenance calls I have made all of the complaints about loud neighbors and fights going on disturbing my children’s mental health and well being as well as my peace and serenity. They have never been responsive. The last time I complained about repairs not being made and served them with the five day notice they actually told me that they had marked all the repairs having been completed. Paradise Lakes Apartments Management staff has the human relations capabilities of a bunch of Hamsters. One time I called and asked for security latches for my kids bedroom windows. You know the kind that has that little screw you tighten down so kids can’t open the windows. Well when I called one of the leasing agents yelled at me and said, “Don’t you watch your kids”, I couldn’t believe my ears! Paradise Lakes Apartments truly sucks don’t ever move there!

The noise at Paradise Lakes Apartments is awful. They have thin cheap walls and floors and you can practically hear one of your neighbors drop a pin. Paradise Lakes Apartments is full of Crack heads Druggies Prostitutes and Criminals. That do nothing but Throw loud parties, Bump there radios as loud as they can, and get into fights. I have never seen anything like it actually. Trust me when I tell you I am a singles mom and have been forced to live in some pretty crummy neighbor hoods. I have never had noise problems like I have at Paradise Lakes Apartments. If you like to sleep at night defiantly do not move to Paradise Lakes Apartments the complex just altogether sucks in general.

I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to move into Paradise Lakes Apartments. It’s in feasted with Black Mold and you would be better off having the teletubbies as security than the guys they have at Paradise Lakes Apartments. The parking here is terrible there is practically no guest parking in many of the lots. The appearance looks nice at first until you really take a good look and realize you are in the ghetto. The management sucks. They are unresponsive, nasty and rude. Paradise Lakes Apartments maintenance are a bunch of incompetent baboons who never fix anything and they are greatly understaffed. The unit condition is shoddy at best if not in total disrepair. The noise level is awful with loud parties, music and thin walls. Paradise Lakes Apartments are not a good choice if living comfortably is important to you

Paradise Lakes Apartments Rotten Parking Reviews

For such a large complex you would think that Paradise Lakes Apartments would have plenty of parking not only for residents but for guests as well. Nothing could be farther from the truth. There is one covered parking spot per apartment and once the overflow parking is full it becomes a race for the covered parking. Residents and their guests are constantly taking other peoples spots. I can recall several nights coming home to find my parking spot was taken with two small children and a trunk full of groceries. When I called Paradise Lakes Apartments security and management about it they would just tell me to find another parking spot. This was my assigned parking spot. Just another example of the lack of concern that Paradise Lakes Apartments have for their tenants.

Paradise Lakes Apartments has the absolute worst security I have ever seen. These guys do nothing. They are all on drugs and socialize with the drug addict tenants that live at the complex. Several times I had to call Security for my unruly neighbors that like to stay up all night party play loud music and get into fights. Paradise Lakes Apartments security was never helpful and acted rudely towards me. I even asked them to simply come to my house and sit inside my apartment for a few minutes so they could hear the level of noise coming from the second floor. Instead they would always just go to the apartment and nothing was ever done. The security at Paradise Lakes Apartments sucks just as bad as the complex itself.

Paradise Lakes Apartments are nothing more than a high priced ghetto. The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartments are just past Moon Valley going north towards Bell Rd on 7th St.the location of the Apartments Central Phoenix Arizona area is a great location. At first look you would think that Paradise Lakes Apartments would be a great community to live in.
