The
condition of the apartments at Paradise Lakes Apartments is
disgusting. The walls are thin the maintenance is poor and
they never fix anything as I mentioned before after having
drove all the way from Tennessee to Arizona the condition
I found my apartment in awful. There where ladders, Carpet
Knives, and Open Paint Buckets scattered around laying on
the floor. There where also Loose wires hanging from the walls
and ceilings. The Paradise Lakes Apartments management staff
tried to tell me there was nothing that could be done about
it for a day or two. I went off and screamed at them to do
something about the condition of my apartment and they sent
someone out to clean it. It got fixed the next day.. Another
serious problem is plumbing which causes a lot of leaks and
outbreaks of Black Mold. The air conditioning units are old
and cause your electric bill to run sky high during the summer.
If you need something repaired at Paradise Lakes Apartments
you might as well forget about it. The understaffed maintenance
will take months to get to it, and if they are too overwhelmed
they just mark things of as being fixed when they never where.
I would rather live in a two story Fruity Pebbles box than
ever move back into Paradise Lakes Apartments.
